The purpose of focus group discussions is to obtain qualitative input from employees in the organisation to determine their views on a specific topic. The duration of a focus group discussion is usually about 90 minutes. The groups could be arranged at venues convenient for the organisation and scheduled in such a way that the least possible production time is lost.
