Course name: Trouble free teamwork

Target group: Work groups – from senior management to operational team. This course is based on the Belbin Team role model. Delegates will complete a team role questionnaire before attending the course.

Duration: Two days

Outcomes: The delegates will:

• Understand the importance of team roles in the effective functioning of a team
• Know what their natural team roles are
• How they as a group should structure themselves for optimal functioning.

The delegates will be assisted to apply the principles of

• self management and
• goal directed teams to the teams they work in
